hhbd2 Terms and Conditions

hhbd2 is an online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, live casino, slot games and various other entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. Using this platform means you have fully read, understood and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions.

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If the existence of multiple accounts is detected, all associated accounts may be closed and the balances within them may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating an account. Opening an account with false or misleading information will be considered a breach of the terms. hhbd2 may request necessary documents for identity verification at any time.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. It is your responsibility to immediately notify the hhbd2 support team of any unauthorised use of your account.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hhbd2 currently supports the following payment methods:

• Nagad — Mobile financial service of the Postal Department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking
• Upay — UCB's mobile payment service

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (the same limit applies for each payment method). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Deposit processing is generally completed quickly.

3.3 Withdrawal Process

After verification of a withdrawal request, processing is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, if identity verification is incomplete or unusual transaction activity is suspected, the withdrawal may be temporarily put on hold.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on hhbd2 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳12,000 will give a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making the total balance ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = after placing ৳50,000 in wagers, winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period and will be cancelled upon expiry.
• While one bonus is active, no other bonus can be added until the wagering requirement of the first one is met.
• Bonuses may only apply to specific games available on hhbd2.
• A maximum bet limit may apply to wagers placed with bonus funds.
• hhbd2 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Any fraudulent activity, Martingale strategy or systematic betting for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements is strictly prohibited. If hhbd2 detects such activity, it may cancel the bonus on the associated account or suspend the account.

The hhbd2 VIP program has four tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity. The cashback amount is automatically added to the account on a weekly basis. hhbd2 reserves the right to change the detailed terms of VIP benefits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hhbd2 platform:

• Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.
• Using unauthorised software, bots, scripts or automation tools.
• Attempting to intrude into or damage the system or network.
• Harassing, intimidating or causing harm to other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of benefiting from a single promotional offer.
• Knowingly exploiting any technical error or bug in the platform.

If such activity is proven, hhbd2 may immediately suspend or terminate the account and take legal action if necessary.

7.1 hhbd2's Rights

hhbd2 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, particularly in cases of breach of the terms.

7.2 Closure at User's Request

If a user wishes to close their account themselves, they may contact the support team. All pending bets and transactions must be completed before the account is closed. If there is any valid balance in the account, it will be returned through the designated method.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been completely inactive for a long period (generally 12 months or more), hhbd2 may take action in accordance with the relevant policy and the user will be notified by email.

All content on the hhbd2 platform — logos, designs, graphics, text, software and source code — are intellectual property assets protected by hhbd2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use this content for commercial purposes.
